Refused to work and why? Was another job done in place of this?He did not refuse to work, he did come in very tired and exhausted. He stated he only had four hours of sleep, and although he was tired he still came in.

Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why?Yes, he has a black printed pull over hoodie with black and white stripes on the side jogging pants and black tennis shoes.
What duties were performed today?We did mock interviews where he was asked possible questions for an interview and discussing his answers, performance, and body language

Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties?He had knowledge of previous answers he gave to questions, I did suggest that he brings a notebook with him next time to jot down questions, answers or points that he would like to work on at home in his personal time.
Did the person interact positively with coworkers?He interacted with me very well. Very positive attitude, although tired was willing to put in the work necessary to be better at communicating in interviews.

I am working on him sitting in a still chair instead of a swivel one and working on better eye contact as when it's comfortable with him, as well as making him aware of some of the claps, snapping or words he say when in search of a proper answer.
