He complains about the way it's prepared as well as the contents. He says the sandwiches are not made properly they're either too thick or the ingredients are for children. |
| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr toddler needs to work on staying focus throughout the shift. He discusses things in his neighborhood or things from the past that are not relevant. Too much time in a session is spent trying to get him focused so he needs to work on that more. |
