| What duties were performed today? | Started by sweeping in the back of the store but staff was moving boxes and crates from freezers. It was too much traffic, had to coach him into going out into the store area to sweep and that we would come back once shipment died down. Swept down some aisles, other aisles he would say he did it already even though he has not yet. |

| Were there any incidents/health related issues/medication side effects or concerns | It was cooler that day so he did have a runny nose, which i promoted him to carry napkins in his pocket, when i notice any drainage i would softly tell him to use his napkin and he would understand that he needed to wipe his nose and mouth |
