He came to the office and complained that a female staff member (Takia?) was rushing him to get ready to leave. Heasaid she was sweating the bed with a ceiling fan dusting wand. When they left the house he forgot his keys. He said she would not allow him to go back in the house a get his keys. He said was rude and rushing him. He called 911 when he got the Georgia Ave. office but was not communicating well, so the call was interrupted. I questioned Mr. Toliver, trying to get more details. He was finding it difficult to communicate well. He acted out a little and after an hour calmed down. He began act more calm and was able to communicate. |
