| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym and nursery restrooms. | ||||||

He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine. | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. McAdams did interact positively with coworkers by greeting them and just be personable by speaking or acknowledging those he comes in contact with. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | McAdams had a smooth day. He was excited about the weather getting warmer.Mr. McAdams was able to complete all his duties including all mens and women's restrooms form all 6 floors as well as both east and west side.Mr. McAdams had a productive day completing all the restrooms. He was in positive mood however he did wear this tank all today without any verbal prompting from staff. Mr. McAdams been saying he would be more proactive wearing his oxygen tank and he been trying to keep his word. Mr. McAdams was excited to show staff his new sneakers and to inform staff regarding his personal life and how he thinking he wants to leave his girlfriend alone but that did not effect his mood nor his work performance. | ||||||
