| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Latonia arrived to work hour early and in result she was able to eat her dinner before her shift. Once Latonia clocked in for her shift we headed to the area where her cart and locker is located, Latonia had all her necessary items to complete her duties for the day as well placing her phone and purse in her locker. We then proceeded to the 5th floor of the building where Latonia began her job duties. Before she got started on her job duties latonia asked me how she was doing today and did she have any behaviors as in reinsurance, I assured her she is doing a great job and she did not have any behaviors. As we proceeded to the last pantry area for latonia to clean she just out the blue started to walk very fast and started to do her job duties extremely fast, I had to to stop her and ask her why are you moving so fast and she replied I do not know, I asked her did I or anyone else ask you to move fast? She replied back no, I then instructed her to slow down and calm down and continue to complete her job duties. As the night came to an end Latonia finished all her duties to the best of her ability, placed her cart in her designated spot and retrieved her items from her locker and proceeded to clock out. | ||||||
