| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Latonia arrived to work hour early, as a in result she was able to eat her dinner before her shift. Once Latonia locked in for her shift she we headed to the area where her cart and locker is located, Latonia had all her necessary items to complete her duties for the day as well placing her phone and purse in her locker. We then proceeded to the 5th floor of the building where Latonia began her job duties. As the evening moved along, Latonia asked me her typical two questions for reinsurance “how she was doing today and did she have any behaviors today” , as I always do I assured her she is doing a great job and she did not have any behaviors. I also noticed Latonia demonstrating body languages that I never seen her demonstrate before as in hunching her shoulders up and making partial tongue out her mouth faces as well as stopping mid duty and standing still as she repeatedly blink wile her head shook, i expressed to her I never seen her do that and asked her was she ok and he vastly said “yes im okay” and got back to her task at hand. As the night came to an end Latonia finished all her duties to the best of her ability, placed her cart in her designated spot and retrieved her items from her locker and proceeded to clock out. | ||||||
