He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. McAdams did interact positively with coworkers by speaking to everyone he comes in contact with with a smile on his face except for one coworker he got into with for suggesting Mr. McAdams sit down. They particular coworkers he don't interact with at all. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | This morning Mr. McAdams was sent home early asking disclosing to his supervisor that his residence/roommate has bedbugs. Since he told his supervisor his supervisor had no choice but to send him home to prevent the spread. Mr. McAdams would have to provide a letter that he is no longer at the place or that it's been fumigated to combat the bedbugs. Mr. McAdams was upset at the news . Mr. McAdam also had team meeting for a safety as well which he did well and passed. | ||||||
