Were there any incidents/health related issues/medication side effects or concerns | Mr. Gore did lose his work badge temporarily. It happened while he was interacting with co-workers and hot distracted. I found it tracing his steps. He was worried and I believe will be more focused. |
Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. Gore has adjusted to his new duties from vacuuming to mopping. He had a working attitude during his shift. He needs to adjust the way he converses with some of female staff. Sometimes the conversation gets too provzcative. We talked about how other people might perceive what's going on differently. |
