| What duties were performed today? | Mr.McAdams duties included maintenance the mens & women's restrooms. He supposed to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible for maintaining both men and women for all 6 floors of both the east and west side of the building. He also cleaned the daycare and gym restrooms as well. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr.McAdams had a smooth day. He was excited about the weather since it's hot this weekend. Wayne informed staff that he and his brother are not in the best terms and are even speaking right now. Staff wanted to make sure that that would not interfere with Mr. McAdams performance at work. It didn't Mr. McAdams was till laser focused completing all the task he could in this allotted time in this work shift. Mr. McAdams was so focused he worked all the way until the last minute almost clocking out late because he was so in the zone he dnt care he just wanted to get as much work done as | ||||||
