Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. Toliver was engaged for about 70% of the session. He did start talking about some negative aspects of some environments he has been around. |

Were there any incidents/health related issues/medication side effects or concerns | Mr. Toliver complained about his hip hurting when he sits for more than about 15 or 20 minutes. |
Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | While Mr. Toliver is becoming more comfortable with interviewing, he had some issue today staying focused on the tasks for periods more than 15 minutes. His attitude was not negative, he would just wander into other subjects while talking. We also discussed recognizing certain words that may be in the work environment. |
