Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why?Mr. McAdams was appropriately dressed for work wearing his Didlake polo shirt his name tag badge as well as some comfortable sneakers and his backpack with his oxygen machine and a spare tank in case one finished before he shift is over.
What duties were performed today?Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym and nursery restrooms.

He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine.
Did the person interact positively with coworkers?Mr. McAdams did interact positively with coworkers by greeting them and just be personable by speaking or acknowledging those he comes in contact with.
While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting?Mr. McAdams did take initiative moving from one task to the next without prompting because he is fully aware of his responsibility in custodial..

Comments, Office/DDS Follow UpMcAdams had a smooth day. He was excited about the weather and what plans he as for the weekend.Mr. McAdams also completed all this duties at record pase well before 5:10 and just went down to the office to restock his work cart and be prepared for the next work day. Today Mr. McAdams was a victim of theft; one of his coworkers swiped his spray bottle as well as his caution sign. So Mr. McAdams supervisor suggested that before he leaves from his shift he would stock his cart to save time and place his cart down in the p2 level where it not as easy to just take someone items and go to work. He aware that that would make it inconvenience to take his items there rather then leaving it in the closet near the office space where everyone comes and goes frequently.
