Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. Gore was very pleasant with all of his co-workers. There was friendly banter as he passed each employee during the shift. Mr. Gore and I discussed being too friendly with the female co-workers and how a mistake can be made using certain language. |
While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | Mr. was able to move from one task to another with little prompting. He's becoming more familiar with layout of the building. |

Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. Gore is becoming more comfortable with his position. He still needs to look out for small spills from his bucket. He also needs to be mindful of the low ceiling in the basement. Also the excessive playfulness with other employees is less frequent. |
