| What duties were performed today? | Mr.McAdams duties included maintenance the mens restrooms. He supposed to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym public restroom only downstairs because the daycare was closed today. | ||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper as well as a dry mop. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his breathing machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a good day. No back or leg issues but he did complain in the beginning that he wasn't feeling good and possibly would need to leave early. Despite that he was able to work threw it and finished his shift this afternoon because mr. McAdams is a hard worker who more concern about doing his job for the sake of his team then his own well being. His supervisor permitted extra time to rest if needed because of his health .Mr. McAdams did wear his oxygen tank today not as much as like but he is wearing He was able to hit all the male restrooms on every floor with limited breaks.Mr. McAdams had a productive day at work covering all the men's restrooms for both west and east wings of the building. | ||
