| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. White had a productive day, certain areas were checked 2 or 3 times. There were times when he needed guidance navigating around customers and loaded store carts. There were times when deliveries arrived and he needed to be reminded to stop sweeping and stand clear. We also talked at lunch about eating different foods like bananas and peaches. At the days end Mr. White was walked to his ride at approximately 12:00 pm. |
