Latonia spoke to all her co workers and staff as well, Once it it was time to punch in for her shift she did just that and we proceeded to the area where her cart with her necessary supplies are designated to be to perform her job duties. Latonia started her duties on the 5th floor and ended her duties on the 2nd floor, throughout the times of her completing her tasks she asked me "am i doing good toady and do i have any behaviors?" I answered her questions "yes your doing a great job and no behaviors" you could see the reassurance brought joy to her. As her shift came to a end latonia put all her items back in the designated area and clocked out. | ||||||
