| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams came in together in better spirits completing all his task. Mr. McAdams even noticed how well he did and informed staff he was focused because he was in a better mood. Mr. McAdams completed both west and east sides servicing both male and female restrooms in all 6 floors. He was very proud of himself and staff also commented Mr. McAdams on how well he did today. Mr. McAdams had a pretty productive day even though he was late. He did complain about his back ache and staff suggested that he take more breaks to rest his body. Mr. McAdams wore his oxygen tank to a certain extent again but he could have worn it more. | ||||||
