| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. Gore's relationship with the co-workers is a good one. At times there is too much horseplay which distracts him from concentrating on his tasks. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | The shift went relatively smoothly with the exception of some playful banter between some co-workers that slowed progress. Some of the exchanges may need to be addressed due to some bad language. | ||||||
