| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | During the course of the day his dentures came loose and he was attempting to use his polygrip. He needed my assistance in applying the grip and he reinserted them. He also wanted me to take the cheese off his sandwich from the lunch her brought. While waiting for his ride his advocate approached us outside and asked a few questions in a polite manner. | ||
