He had an appointment which he informed his supervisor and got approved to leave early only for his ride to not arrive on time and cause him to miss his appointment. Mr. McAdams driver assumed because Wayne has an appointment he would took off instead of just leaving early and having a short work day. Which caused miscommunication resulting in Mr. McAdams missing the appointment. Mr. McAdams still completed all his assigned duties before the shift ended Mr. McAdams still had a smooth day. | ||
